The Utah Community Management Team includes Certified Public Accountants, HOA specific attorneys, insurance professionals and proven vendors.

Utah Community Management is led by James Durrant. He has been actively involved in HOAs since 2002. He has the perspective not only of an HOA manager but also:

• Currently lives in an HOA

• HOA Board Member 3 years

• HOA President 2 Years

• HOA Vice-President 1 Year

• Common Area Committee Chair

He received his Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a Finance emphasis and his Masters Degree in Instructional Technology.
